FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Do you only do house cleaning?

We do office cleaning as well! Call us with any special requests we are more than happy to work with you!

2. Do you set up for parties or clean up after parties?

Absolutely! We are willing to work with the demands and needs of our clients!

3. Do you do moving (moving in or moving out) cleans?

Yes! We are willing to work with you with any request you may have!

4. Do you charge more money or the same money for a moving clean?

No! Our rate remains constant at $25/hr no extra fees included with a 2 hour booking minimum for homes!

5. Do you do random cleanings or do you only have weekly and bi weekly clients?

Scheduling is all up to the client! Let us know what your desired cleaning schedule is and we can make accommodations!

6. If my regular cleaning falls on a holiday will you be working?

Yes we work holidays!

7. Do you charge more to work on holidays?

We have a $25 holiday fee!

​Christmas eve, Christmas Day, NYE, Thanksgiving, Easter, & Fourth of July.

8. What hours do you work?

We work 24/7 to accommodate everyone's busy schedules!

9. Do you work weekends?

Yes!

 10. Do you do laundry?

Yes! We are willing to do all reasonable tasks upon request!

11. Do you do dishes or empty the dishwasher?

Yes. We hand-wash first to ensure cleanliness  & then we run dishes through the dishwasher if available! Whatever our clients preference! 

12. Is it okay if my pets hang out in the same room as you cleaning?

Yes as long as they do not interfere with cleaning!

13. Is it okay if my kids are in the same room as you cleaning?

Yes as long as they do not interfere with cleaning!  

14. Do you only clean houses or do you also clean offices?

Officers as well! There is no 2 hour minimum when booking office cleanings!

15. Do you detail cars?

Currently we do not but soon we will have mobile detailing services available.

16. Do you defrost freezers or clean out the fridge?

Yes, upon request!

17. What type of cleaning chemicals do you use on hardwood floors?

We use Dr. Bronners to clean hardwood floors! It is a very effective natural cleaner. It's environment friendly and smells wonderful and will have your floors looking great!

18. Do you have your own vacuum?

Yes!

19. Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes!

20. Do you do miscellaneous projects?

Yes! Everything upon request

21. If I refer my friend, do I get a referral fee or discounted cleaning?

22. Am I supposed to tip you for your service?

Tips are appreciated but not required from our clients! 

23. Do you clean out the hot tub?

Yes upon request!

24. What happens if you get sick?

We will have coverage in place!

25. Do you cancel or reschedule on me or do you just show up sick?

We try to avoid any cancelations and rescheduling on our part. If a cleaner is sick we will make accommodations to find coverage!

26. Do you charge a rescheduling fee if I have something come up and have to cancel?

Yes. We understand things come up and only ask that you notify us as soon as you find out you need to cancel. However If you are canceling the day of the scheduled cleaning the fee is $15.

27. Am I supposed to give you a key so you can get in my house or do you need an alarm code? Or both?

Whatever you prefer! We want our clients to be comfortable and secure!

28. Do I need to be home when you come to clean or can I be at work?

Whatever your preference!

29. Is it just you cleaning or are you bringing a team of people with you?

A team typically including two people!

30. How do you prefer to be contacted? Email, phone or text?

Phone calls / text will get the fastest response! 

31. What happens if you break something while you are at my house?

We will be completely liable to ANY damages caused by us!

32. Are you going to tell my neighbors about me, my home, my habits and how messy my house is?

We will never discuss any details of our clients home anywhere! Professionalism is important to us.

33. Do you show up on time?

Yes! We understand the value of our time and our clients time and understand the importance of punctuality.

34. Do you clean the same stuff each time or do you rotate chores through the house?

Depends on the clients requests! We have a step-by-step deep cleaning process and we are willing to discuss the details via-email, phone, or text!

34. Do I pay you under the table or do you pay taxes? I’d like to take house cleaning as a deductible expense for my home based business.

Yes we pay taxes!

35. I work from the house, will it bother you if I’m home the whole time?

Not at all! As long as the noise from cleaning isn't going to affect your work!

36. Do you accept credit cards?

Working on it! We currently accept Cashapp, Venmo, ApplePay, checks, or cash.

37. If I forget to leave you a check, do you still do the work and let me pay you later or do you skip the cleaning?

We are paid at the end of each cleaning service!

38. Do you water indoor plants?

Yes upon request!
